I started this blog because I was tired of watered-down, politically correct sports coverage that reads like a robot wrote it. You know what I’m talking about — the same tired takes, the same over-polished analysis, and the same commentators saying, “It’s a game of inches,” like it’s the first time anyone’s ever said it. Nah. Not here.
BAWL Sports is different. It’s loud, it’s unfiltered, and it’s got attitude. I’m a sports junkie with a sharp tongue and zero interest in sugarcoating bad plays, overrated players, or boneheaded coaching decisions. I call it like I see it — whether you love it or want to @ me about it on Twitter, it’s all part of the game.
This site is for the fans who yell at the TV, talk trash in fantasy leagues, wear the same lucky jersey every Sunday, and live for a buzzer-beater or a walk-off homer. You get it. You’ve been there. You’re my people.
